FG FUNCTIONAL FITNESS (45 MINS)

Our instructors will pull out all the stops in our group zone to get you working hard to build functional strength. Have fun and learn new moves with kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX suspension and more.

FG BOX FIT (45 MINS)

For the ultimate workout, be led through a series of high intensity boxing moves in combination with cardio stations. Be prepared to sweat (You will need your own boxing gloves/ inners. Or if you don’t have your own, rent a pair from us).

FG EXPRESS (30 MINS)

For those that want to duck out of the office and clear the head. Come and join our lunchtime group. Smash out some calories and then enjoy a healthy lunch. Job done!


WATTBIKE GROUP RIDE (45 MIN)

All participants must book a 30 min (complimentary) orientation session before joining the group rides. 

Orientation: Start your riding journey here. Learn how to customise your wattbike and utilise the advanced training app. Plus, learn all about customizing your own heart rate zones and power output so that every time you ride, you achieve!

Group Ride: You now know how to use the wattbike. Get ready to be led by our experienced instructors and unleash your full potential within the dynamic of a group ride. Our instructors have professional wattbike training along with scientifically based workouts ready to challenge you. Clip in and push yourself to new limits!


ZUMBA (45MIN)

A fun and intense dance workout for all ages and ability levels! Meet new people, have a great time and burn tons of calories simultaneously whilst enjoying new music. There is no need to have any dancing experience or know-how, just your motivation and water bottle. Dance yourself slim!

FG YOGA (60MIN) (1ST CLASS IS FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS)

Dynamic yoga postures are combined with mindfulness techniques to create a strong yet relaxing class. Led by an experienced instructor who has undertaken over 1700 hours of Yoga Training. The class is suitable for people of all physical abilities and experience in yoga.

CLASSES are in 10 week blocks

COST: 8 pack for $160

(useable over the 10 weeks)

Single session purchase $25 per class

Members can buy a 5 pack part way through the term ($100)
