With new small group fitness, there has never been a better time to join Fitness Grand. Our personal trainers use their experience in strength and conditioning to produce a host of challenging classes. Whether you are a beginner or already at an elite fitness level, our trainers will challenge you in a safe and fun environment.
Group Fitness is FREE for All Members (except FG YOGA)
FG FUNCTIONAL FITNESS (30-45 MINS)
Our instructors will pull out all the stops in our group zone to get you working hard to build functional strength. Have fun and learn new moves with kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX suspension and more.
LOW IMPACT (45 MINS)
This is a group fitness class designed for people who want to workout at a steadier pace. If you have injuries or restrictions and want to focus on strength and stability with cardiovascular options, this is the class for you.
FG STRETCH (30 MINS)
Be led by an experienced instructor through a series of full body self guided stretches to improve your posture and joint range of motion. Targeted stretching helps prevents injury while preparing yourself for the workouts to come. In 30 min you will feel the benefits of relaxed and lengthened muscles and a calm mind.
FG BOX FIT (45 MINS)
For the ultimate workout, be led through a series of high intensity boxing moves in combination with cardio stations. Be prepared to sweat (You will need your own boxing gloves/ inners. Or if you don’t have your own, rent a pair from us).
FG EXPRESS (30 MINS)
For those that want to duck out of the office and clear the head. Come and join our lunchtime group. Smash out some calories and then enjoy a healthy lunch. Job done!
WATTBIKE GROUP RIDE (45 min)
All participants must book a 30 min (complimentary) orientation session before joining the group rides. Contact us to book

Group Ride: You now know how to use the wattbike. Get ready to be led by our experienced instructors and unleash your full potential within the dynamic of a group ride. Our instructors have professional wattbike training along with scientifically based workouts ready to challenge you. Clip in and push yourself to new limits!
A fun and intense dance workout for all ages and ability levels! Meet new people, have a great time and burn tons of calories simultaneously whilst enjoying new music. There is no need to have any dancing experience or know-how, just your motivation and water bottle. Dance yourself slim!
FG YOGA (60min)
Be led by an experienced Yoga instructor trained at the Byron Yoga Centre, Byron Bay. The class has been described as strong dynamic hatha that moves many joints and muscles in many directions. You will exert much energy during the class and yet you will feel very relaxed at the end.
